Refurbishment of a modernist apartment in Sant Antoni. | The client commissioned us to personalize a modernist apartment she had recently acquired in the bustling Sant Antoni neighborhood. The residence had been updated before the sale and was in good condition, but did not meet the needs of the new property. She is the creative director of one of Barcelona's leading advertising agencies. Therefore, our intervention focused on improving the previous refurbishment so that the spaces were more in line with the personality of our client and her creative concerns. Thus, most of the actions have focused on improving the interaction between the spaces, naturalizing them, and personalizing them with furniture, including custom-made pieces, to respond to her lifestyle and busy social life.
